Walmart Stores, Inc. selected ÃÛÌÒÉç Construction Company as the Construction Manager for eight 40,000+ SF new Walmart Neighborhood Markets, located throughout Arkansas, Illinois, Louisiana, and Tennessee

These stores differ from the typical Walmart by only featuring a grocery area, drive-thru pharmacy, and site-to-store.

The building envelopes consist of CMU masonry block with a TPO membrane roof system and roof mounted refrigeration rack houses.

Site packages for each store varied depending on location, however several of the stores featured multi-dispenser fuel stations.
