Ìýselected ÃÛÌÒÉç Construction as theÌýConstruction ManagerÌýfor the additions and renovations to the existing elementary school in Kinmundy, Illinois.

The elementary school project featured a 21,500 SF addition to the existing school and a new 51 stall parking lot and concrete playground area. The building addition comprises classroom space with eight (8) new classrooms, restrooms, mechanical/electrical rooms, and a lobby and a new multi-purpose room. The addition consisted of both steel and masonry bearing construction. Minor site work included the construction of a small detention basin as well as utility relocation and extensions necessary for the building addition.
