Location: Gastonia, NC聽 聽 | 聽 聽Owner: Crow Holdings聽 聽 | 聽 聽Architect: Merriman Schmitt Architects

蜜桃社 Construction has partnered with Crow Holdings as the general contractor to construct a new 701,786 SF distribution center.

Building 1 will consist of a new 281,219 SF single rear load warehouse that will include 169 panels of concrete tilt up construction, 46 dock doors and 2 overhead drive in doors.聽聽Building 2 will consist of a new 420,567 SF single rear load warehouse that will include 219 panels of concrete tilt up construction, 70 dock doors and 2 overhead drive in doors.

Preparation of the 84-acre site development will involve:

  • High plastic clay and silt remediation
  • Rock blasting and crushing (100,000 CY) to be utilized for onsite fills
  • Aggregate base course, and stabilized aggregate sub-grade
  • Total onsite cut/fills of 500,000 CY
