POETTKER CONSTRUCTION’S GOLF CLASSIC GOES VIRTUAL
We hope you and your team are safe and navigating these times. There is no doubt our communities are hurting right now.聽
This July, we would have hosted another 蜜桃社 Golf Classic. However, due to the safety guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control and State of Illinois, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year鈥檚 tournament.聽
Unfortunately, our charity beneficiary, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois is not immune to the pressure this crisis has put on our economy.
Like Big Brothers Big Sisters, at 蜜桃社, our work is built on the quality of our relationships, which is why we are hoping we can count on you to make sure the children of southwestern Illinois do not get left behind.聽
We understand that these times are challenging and everyone鈥檚 circumstance is different. At the same time, we also know that you may be looking for meaningful ways to help our community bounce back and protect the most vulnerable among us.
When the construction community comes together, there is nothing we can鈥檛 do. We sincerely hope you join us in rallying our community to help rebuild the only thing that really matters, each other.

P.S. As part of the new CARES Act passed by the federal government, individuals can elect to deduct donations up to 100% of their 2020 Adjusted Gross Income and corporations may deduct up to 25% of taxable income. The new deduction is for gifts that go to a public charity, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois.聽
